A 75-minute visit with Dr. Naomi to take a deep dive into your health concerns from a functional medicine perspective focusing on gut health, hormones, mitochondrial function, and detox pathways.

Initial in person consultation with Dr. Naomi focusing on the role of stress, nervous system and adrenal health as root causes of hormonal imbalances.

You will be sent home with a salivary lab test (the cost of the lab test is included in the package price) that will assess levels of sex and adrenal hormones including estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol, and DHEA.

When we receive your lab results Naomi and Nikki will work together to design a care plan based on your unique results and reach out to schedule your follow up appointment to give your our recommendations that may include a combination of dietary and lifestyle modifications, nutritional supplements, herbs, peptides, or bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.

A 3 month follow up appointment to assess progress and make any necessary adjustments to your care plan.
