Welcome

Initial Visit.  
On this visit after the necessary paperwork is completed, we will proceed with a consultation and examination to determine the best course of action to address your specific health concerns.  $150

 

Second Visit.
On this visit we will review the results of your examination and any additional testing.  If you are a candidate for care in this office, a written care plan will be presented including any recommendations for chiropractic care, audiovisual entrainment, biofeedback, neurofeedback, dietary changes or recommended supplements.  Cost per subsequent visit depends on recommended treatment.  

 

Payment
We currently participate with Blue Cross, MVP, Cigna, Medicare, and Vermont Medicaid.  You will be responsible for any co-payments or deductible amounts, or charges not covered by insurance (which will be discussed in advance).
