Initial Visit.  
After the necessary paperwork is completed, we will proceed with a consultation and examination to determine the best course of action to address your specific health concerns.  $150

 

Second Visit.
Dr. Naomi will present the results of your initial examination and give you her best recommendations.   

 

Payment
We currently participate with Blue Cross, MVP, Cigna, Medicare, and Vermont Medicaid.  You will be responsible for any co-payments or deductible amounts, or charges not covered by insurance (which will be discussed in advance).
